By accessing or using NiceQR.me, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of a company, team, or client, you confirm that you have authority to bind that party as well.

If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials, recovery methods, and connected services secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account unless the issue was caused by our own failure.

We may require verification, refresh authentication, or additional security steps when risk signals, abuse checks, or payment events require it.

You may not use NiceQR.me for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful activity. This includes phishing, malware delivery, credential theft, spam, unlawful surveillance, misrepresentation, unauthorized data harvesting, or content that violates another party’s rights.

You may not probe, overload, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, bypass limits, or interfere with the security or availability of the platform.

You keep ownership of the content, links, templates, and assets that you upload or configure through the product. You give us a limited license to host, process, render, cache, scan-test, store, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate the service, generate previews/downloads, provide analytics, support, backups, fraud checks, and safety reviews.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and lawful basis needed for any content, branding, or personal data you place into a QR workflow.

Paid features use different checkout providers depending on the product surface. Subscriptions and marketplace purchases are processed through LemonSqueezy. Pay-per-design one-time purchases may be processed through LemonSqueezy or PayOS. The relevant provider’s checkout flow, billing terms, refund rules, and privacy notice apply when you use that flow.

Prices, currencies, taxes, provider availability, and payment methods may vary by locale, product surface, or legal requirements. NiceQR.me does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems.

NiceQR.me, including its software, branding, site content, protected visual systems, and service-specific template assets, remains our intellectual property or that of our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service as provided.

You may create and export QR outputs for your own lawful use, but you may not resell, copy, scrape, or redistribute our protected templates, UI assets, or product code as a standalone library or competing service.

We may improve, modify, pause, or discontinue features from time to time. We may also set or adjust product limits, pricing, access conditions, and anti-abuse controls.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is a breach of these terms, a security risk, fraud, unpaid charges, legal exposure, or harmful misuse of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

NiceQR.me is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Except where the law does not allow it, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NiceQR.me will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy & Cookie Notice. If you run public QR, dynamic QR, event check-in, or similar flows, you are responsible for providing your own end users with any notices, disclosures, and consents required by the laws that apply to your campaign or event.

You should not assume NiceQR.me’s public site notice alone is enough for your own downstream data collection obligations.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or restrict access when these terms are materially breached or when continued service creates legal, security, billing, or abuse risk. Provisions that reasonably need to survive termination, including payment, IP, disclaimers, and liability clauses, will continue to apply.
