By accessing or using NiceQR.me, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of a company, team, or client, you confirm that you have authority to bind that party as well.

If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials, recovery methods, and connected services secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account unless the issue was caused by our own failure.

We may require verification, refresh authentication, or additional security steps when risk signals, abuse checks, or payment events require it.

You may not use NiceQR.me for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful activity. This includes phishing, malware delivery, credential theft, spam, unlawful surveillance, misrepresentation, unauthorized data harvesting, or content that violates another party’s rights.

You may not probe, overload, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, bypass limits, or interfere with the security or availability of the platform.

You keep the rights you lawfully hold in private content, links, templates and assets. You grant us a limited license to host, process, render, cache, scan-test, store and display them as needed to operate the service, previews/downloads, support, backups and safety reviews. Uploading, saving or submitting does not itself transfer ownership. You must have sufficient rights in artwork, fonts, third-party assets, branding and personal data.

The planned Design Catalog initially accepts artwork frames from personal saved designs, not team contributions or plain QR configuration presets. No additional submission fee or separate Pro requirement applies; existing quotas and Studio feature access remain. A separate contribution agreement with NiceQR must specify the exact version, transferable economic rights, provenance, consideration and effective acceptance. Rights transfer to NiceQR only when Admin accepts that version under a valid agreement after reviewing rights, content, rendering and QR usability. Rejecting or canceling before acceptance transfers no rights. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, publication or rewards.

The share-frame-free checkbox starts unchecked and is separate from IP assent. If selected and accepted, that version stays free when published, including after republication; relabeling or small edits cannot bypass the lock. This does not waive rewards, make other features free, place assets in the public domain or promise permanent hosting. Pending content or free-choice changes require renewed confirmation and review. Accepted versions are immutable; substantially new versions require separate review and agreement.

After acceptance, you may request Admin removal, but cannot unilaterally delete accepted assets, unpublish the version or revoke assigned rights. The request does not automatically remove it; removal does not return assigned rights or erase acquired licenses or posted payment obligations. Mandatory legal rights and IP remedies remain. A checkbox does not assign rights you do not hold or cannot legally transfer.

Checkout availability depends on the product surface and verified provider support. The current code supports LemonSqueezy for subscription and catalog-design checkout, and LemonSqueezy or PayOS for pay-per-design options. Code support is not provider approval of the contribution model. This pre-launch draft does not activate catalog contributions, commerce or rewards; separate reviewed agreements and implementation, provider and financial safeguards are required first. Applicable provider terms and mandatory legal rights remain.

For a version not submitted with the accepted free choice, Admin may choose free or a paid frame list price of at least USD 1, with cents allowed. USD 1 is not an automatic default; no arbitrary business price ceiling has been selected, while technical and provider limits apply. Initially, charged frames use USD only, without implicit VND conversion, frame coupons, flash sales or buyer-specific prices. Other option and subscription policies/currencies stay separate. Unsupported currency combinations are blocked, not silently converted. Prices, taxes and separately charged components must be disclosed before confirmation. Sale prices do not use reward rounding.

Before checkout creation, a stale quote must be refreshed and you must confirm the new price. A valid created checkout retains its agreed snapshot during its disclosed validity; expiry requires a new quote. Legal, IP and provider restrictions remain independent. A later price reduction or free offer does not by itself refund earlier purchases or rewrite historical rewards. Actual payments, including late callbacks, must be reconciled against the original snapshot. Refunds, chargebacks and mandatory consumer remedies follow applicable law, reviewed terms and verified events, not a blanket no-refund rule.

Rewards are discretionary, not automatic per-sale earnings. Only successful authorized Admin grant posting creates the reward obligation. Sources must be eligible, reconciled, unclaimed and at least 30 elapsed days after verified successful payment. Net means template-sale revenue excluding tax and reflecting discounts/refunds once, less actual allocated processing fees and applicable payment surcharges, not operating profit. Other settlement, transfer, dispute, affiliate, marketing, FX and overhead costs are borne separately by NiceQR. Lawful tax withholding is separate. The default is 30%; Admin may select a whole-number rate from 1% to 70% per grant with recorded reasons and evidence. No guaranteed share is promised.

Exact signed rewards are summed and rounded once per initial grant to whole USD: a fraction of 0.50 or less rounds down, more than 0.50 rounds up. Rounding differences are audit-only, without carry. Nonpositive or zero-rounded totals create no grant or debt and leave sources unclaimed. Positive posted rewards below USD 10 accumulate. No fixed post-grant hold applies; lawful debt offsets and scoped dispute, fraud or legal restrictions may affect availability. Source-backed corrections use original membership, rate and policy and current net credited, without reopening claims. Approved recovery may offset future rewards, not debit your bank account; increases require approval and budget.

A finite owner-approved monthly USD budget limits new postings. Insufficient budget blocks the whole posting, not a clipped reward, rate change or source split. Designated Admins may grant and manually pay with an audit trail, but cannot approve their own rewards. Budget is consumed at posting, not again at payout. Budget/program closure or design removal does not erase posted obligations.

You must request at least USD 10, no more than spendable available funds, and choose PayPal or Payoneer with a recipient email. Admin reviews and transfers manually; no automatic or API payout is promised. Email control alone is not provider account ownership or USD eligibility. Method, recipient, amount and currency require verification and a snapshot before transfer. Unknown or pending transfers stay reserved and must not be resent without verified resolution. Fees must not be silently deducted from posted awards. A seven-business-day processing target is planned only after calendar, operator and rail readiness; it is not a settlement guarantee or an active public SLA. Blockers need communication and review; sub-threshold balances are not forfeited. Never submit provider passwords, OTPs or credentials. NiceQR does not store full payment card numbers.

NiceQR software, branding, site content and protected assets belong to us or their lawful rights holders. Accepted contributions assign only the economic rights covered by a valid separate agreement; an upload alone does not make content NiceQR-owned. Service access retains account, feature, security and lawful restrictions.

Lawful free and paid frame licenses permit multiple edited QR outputs for personal or commercial use, including work for clients, without required attribution. They do not transfer IP or permit standalone frame/template/asset resale or redistribution. Paid acquisition is once per exact saved version and buyer account, not automatically teamwide. Pro is not required to hold the license and does not automatically include every paid frame. Valid licensed-version reuse has no further frame fee; export, options, dynamic QR and quotas keep separate rules.

A valid acquired license has no time limit. Pro expiry, price changes and catalog removal do not automatically revoke it. Referenced snapshots/assets support acquired use while the service operates lawfully; this does not promise perpetual hosting or service. New versions are not automatically included. A verified completed full refund of the frame purchase price or a valid, finally verified chargeback of that frame purchase revokes future use, without deleting previously exported QR files. Partial frame refunds or refunds of other options retain the frame license unless the frame purchase is canceled in full. A pending dispute alone is not a final chargeback. Legal, IP and security restrictions and mandatory remedies remain separate.

In the planned catalog, payment verified within a valid checkout's disclosed validity is processed against the original purchase snapshot even if its callback arrives later; callback arrival alone does not make that payment late. Payment actually made after expiry, or for which a lawful license cannot be granted, does not automatically grant a license: Admin reconciles the payment and handles a refund under applicable law, provider terms and reviewed terms. Actual payment and refund records remain; a review or Admin click is not proof that a refund has completed. This pre-launch policy does not activate commerce or automatic refunds.

We may improve, modify, pause or discontinue features and adjust future limits, pricing and access rules. Such changes do not by themselves override accepted free-version locks, acquired licenses, valid checkout price snapshots or posted reward obligations. A perpetual license is not uninterrupted hosting.

Access may be restricted for a reasonable security, fraud, legal, payment or material terms issue. Reward restrictions should affect relevant funds; broader restrictions require justification, authority and audit. We provide the explanation and review route lawfully allowed. Restrictions do not automatically forfeit balances, release unknown-transfer reserves or return assigned rights. Mandatory rights remain.

NiceQR.me is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Except where the law does not allow it, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NiceQR.me will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy & Cookie Notice. If you run public QR, dynamic QR, event check-in, or similar flows, you are responsible for providing your own end users with any notices, disclosures, and consents required by the laws that apply to your campaign or event.

You should not assume NiceQR.me’s public site notice alone is enough for your own downstream data collection obligations.

You may stop using the service at any time. Access may be restricted for material terms, legal, security, payment or abuse issues. Payment obligations, acquired licenses, assigned economic rights and necessary records survive as required by their agreement and law. Account deletion does not automatically return assigned rights or forfeit posted rewards. This pre-launch draft does not activate contributions or payments; separate reviewed agreements with NiceQR and implementation must be ready first.
